Got the Master System + a few accessories for Christmas. Just used the jig for the first time today. (Benn a rough year health wise & my enegy level is still a little low.) Carefully followed the set-up instructions, and... Wow! A whole new world has opened up! As soon as my energy catches up with my enthusiasm, I'll be tackling all sort of projects!

Geo,
Glad to hear of your success with the Kreg Jig tools.
The more I use it, the more I find to build with it---it just doesn't quit.
It's not the answer all of my joinery methods---
as some methods are preferred, or need to be used.
You'll learn as you go.
Glad to hear it George! I hope you feel better soon.

Im just starting to and I have many ideas. I purchased the master collection off Amazon and used the mirco jig to make my first pocket holes in a cheap made night stand in daughters room. She had been using the drawer for a step to get stuff and probably to jump off of. I had to attach the side of the drawer to the face of the drawer, worked good. Hope you get to feeling better.
George, good to see that you have discovered the fasinating world of the kreg jig pocket hole technology. I'm about 23 years ahead of you and still finding methods of using the jig. I will be looking forward to seeing you posting project on here soon. I have found that if you can dream up the joint kreg will help you build it. Wishing you a great healthy new Year ahead and glad to see you with the Kreg community.
