Thank you Ken for the suggestions I was actually trying to decide between the K4 and the K5 but was leaning towards the K4, I've got the basic frame design for my work bench and I'm probably going to use metal diamond plate but the ladder for shelves idea I am definitely doing and also the fire hydrant water dispenser those were great ideas that I'll definitely use and I was going to put an emblem on it but was going to paint it but your idea to chisel it is a much better way to do it. Thank you for the ideas I just can't wait to be able to start making my bench at least I'll have a few months to design it while my arm heals.

Yes it does , but no it is counter top edge remenant . thanks for consern I have several different patterns   of this material .I ve made several kitcheen stands and islands of this different material. Find it at Menards in the shelving department advertised as discontinued shelving. Very nice and cheap material.  thanks  Cecil

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
