I almost hate to mention this but I was cleaning my shop with my dust collector and cyclone only to notice I sucked up a dust bag that was laying next to miter saw. How embarrassing could that be. Come on admit you have one better than this. We all do stupid once in life time.

Getting ready to roll an engine to the test cell, and we were inventorying the tool kit, and we were missing a quarter inch socket. After an hour of searching, and calling Non-Destructive Inspection to see about getting an x-ray done on the engine, I found it in the rolled up cuff on my jumpsuit leg.
