Hey Michael, how are you? I haven't frequented this Kreg community in over 5 years. Are you still building your great projects these days? I'm hanging in there. Busy with quite a few tthings. Take it slow! Zac
Your shop's cyclone cart looks great. I am looking forward to making one myself someday. My shed/shop is coming along nicely. I finally got all but a 3 3/4 ft x 24 ft section left and it will be done. I can't wait to finally showoff the place when it is finally finished to you guys here on the site. Thanks for sharing your cool cyclone shop cart.
Hey Mick, great to always hear from you! Sorry that it took me soo long to get back to you. This project led me into skills that I had never attempted before. The internet and woodworking magazines really help with technique. It took me a few months from start to finish on this one (I think LIFE got in the way!).
It's been a while since I've logged-in! I'll have to catch up and see what YOU'VE been putting together since we've talked. I know that you are never idle!
Just ordered my Festool MFT top for my Kreg Universal Workbench. Think I'm gonna try making some miter saw wings for my Kapex that will attach to the Crown Stop Extensions I also ordered. Similar to what Dave Reinhold did if you've seen his video/pics of that project. Will post a pic when finished!
Thank you for the comment on my Shed/Shop. I recycled most of my wood from my old 10x12 shed in this bigger one. Most of the walls were built with the recycle 2x4s from the old shed. The only thing that has new materials is the roof and the clearstory window wall and the 11 foot long part of the south wall. That part is pictured in the 8x8 beam picture of the straight wall on the backside of 24 foot long south wall. I will probably do a tour by side show when I finish the Shed/Shop hopefully this coming summer.
Mick, I think all sheppards have hip problems. We give him glucosimine tablets and it seems to help. Mainly, we just baby him to death. He is is very well tempered.
Hi Mick I will get round to the floor once I stop the water coming in the front door. I need to dig a 4" wide trench through the concrete of the drive and make a soakaway. Once the weather gets better around springtime I'll probably tackle in then I can do as you suggest and put a proper floor in. Good idea to keep in touch and swap ideas.
These guys are just like children to my wife and I. My German Sheppard is my third one in all the years past. They are very loyal and well mannered souls, as you well know.
Ha, I don't know so much about my masterpieces. I did finish my storage rack project and it turned out pretty handy, but it is far from a masterpiece. How have you been? Well, I hope. Have you started any new projects, yet?
Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

Mick, I certainly hope it doesn't come to that, but it might survive.

New Kreg 720Pro
I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
