No problem Derek glad too help .
David done the same with my brothers gagage .Cut the concrete with a large angle grinder dug the concrete out and put in aco drains ,if you don't know a aco is a three sided clay drain bottom two sides and a steel grate that fits on top .also the fall is built in so just place in level make the edges good with sand and cement .I also cut a half inch channel directly under the door and put in a waterbar now nothing gets in hope this helps ,mick.
