Based on Kreg DVD plans for a router table. I added a Freud fence system and a Kreg table top. Works great and fairly simple to make. I put the table top on hinges so that it can be lifted easily for router bit changes.

it look super congratulation !!
I just finished building the same table with the Kreg top. The only real problem I had was finding the 90 degree elbow for the bottom of the dust cavity. I found one at Woodsmith without the flange. After a little modification, it works ok.
Just finished the Kreg Top adjustments. With the Freud fence and Kreg table top, I needed a way to fasten the fence down, so I put two T-tracks along the side of the router plate to allow sliding the fence back and forth. Works perfect. I have the Kreg Fence on this router table as well as the full large Kreg system separately with table top, fence, stand and wheels. I love it also and this gives me two nice router tables as well as another setup on my table saw. I am now router table poor. The Kreg table top is great, that is why I purchased a second one vs other brands.
Now working to hook up a external switch as well as an electrical outlet on each side wall for other handy outlet electrical plugs.

That sounds like one heck of a setup! I'd love to see photos!
Photos are in first post as attachments. I will take a photo of the finished top in next day or two and post up also of the newest additions to table.
That is an interesting setup and I am in need of a good router table. I'd like to hear about your experience with the Kreg router table fence? I'm not sure just how important it is to have a "t-square" type fence on a router table but it looks cool on the video. I look forward to more pictures of your upgrades/modifications to the system.
You should never drink beer while using power tools. Too much sawdust gets in the beer. :-)
I have the Kreg fence which is great for lots of work needed to do and is very easy to adjust. However, I really like the Freud fence also on this home made table because it has invdependant adjustable fences on both sides of the bit. More like a shaper fence. Depending on what you are doing, each one has advantages but if you are removing a little off the entire edge, it needs separate fence adjustment on the side of the bit after the cutting. The Kreg table top is very nice. Everything slides very well. I ended up routing a slot on each side of the bit to allow movement of my Freud fence back and forth from front to back. Now the fence slides from front to back very easily. Either way, the Kreg fence is a nice fence and good investment. It works great and so far, stays square.
Ok, as promised, here is photo of finished Kreg Table top with fence.

Dave,

I called Kreg direct and they emailed the plans to me. Their phone number is 800-447-8638.

Gary
Wow thanks for that. I bought the DVD and it didn't come with the plans. I was kind of irritated. I'll give them a call tomorrow! Thanks.
