I was given lots of 3/8" Baltic birch plywood and wondered if I could use the micro jig and what settings. Thank you and safe holidays to all.

Hi John. Although the Kreg Micro Jig does not have an exact 3/8" screw-centering ability, it is designed to work with 1/2" stock and narrow stock down to 1"-wide. Customers have used the Micro Jig for Baltic Birch plywood and material that is 3/8"-thick. Your best bet is to experiment with a few scrap pieces of wood before beginning your actual project to see what work best. Hope this helps, and Happy Building!
