Mike,
I've used Osborne wood products for turnings in the past. Here's the web address. http://www.osbornewood.com/
I don't know if they have what you're looking for exactly, but they will do custom work.
Hope this helps, Don
Thanks Don,
I'll check them out. I may end up learning how to work a lathe- These are so small I doubt anyone wants to do them in mass.
Here are a couple of other places you might try that specialize in antique hardware and supplies:
Van Dyke's Restorers: www.vandykes.com
The Renovator's Supply: www.rensup.com

Mike,
Another option I thought of is to search and see if there are any woodworking associations or clubs in your area, or a school with woodworking classes. A member or student may be willing to make some for you for less than a commercial firm, or maybe even as a favor. Of course this could provide the reasoning to purchase a lathe and experience a whole new area of woodworking.
Best of luck however you decide to proceed, Don
ps. and send us a picture when its finished.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
