You are all correct that there are differences between the KTC5500 at Lowe's and the KTC5750 that is available at other retailers. The KTC5750 "Master System" comes with the K3 (front clamping) base instead of the K4, the Micro and HD drill guide blocks, and a DVD, as well as the larger version of the Toolboxx.

Lowes is selling the smaller toolbox with the k4 not k3 jig.
