Does anyone have dimensions for an entryway bench? I have been looking at the ones Pottery Barn sells.
Something similar to the picture below but one side only and the bench is below the storage.

Also know as Hall Butlers, each section can run about 28 1/2" to 30" wide but you can make them any width you need.
Here is a link to some plans that you might be able to adapt. For example, you can replace the mirror in the plans for shelving.
Jeff,
I'd suggest making dimensional plans for projects, based on the material and blank sizes you plan to cut them from.
If using plywood, layout the pieces and their respective sizes, to make the most of the sheet goods.
Allow for waist for each cut piece.
ex 12'', make your finished piece 11-3/4'', and so on.
For the bases, shown in the photo, make each a separate unit, and bank them together.
I'd make them in modular pieces, for easy transporting, at a later date.
check this link out http://kregjig.ning.com/photo/hall-tree-plans-1. It was submitted by a forum member. I also saw some free project plans from Lowes that had a entry bench/ hall tree you might want to check out.
