I can't find any pan head screws longer than 1½". I'm in the middle of a project but could use some 2½", 2" at least:( Is SPAX a good substitute? By that I mean is the head small enough to fit in the…Continue

I just heard a rumor that Kreg is handling distribution/support for Triton equipment. Anyone else heard anything? Would make a great match for the router tables.Continue

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

It was the couple of doodads I was wondering about. What is the size of the face clamp? I purchased the 6" face clamp & right angle clamp. Mine also came with the vacuum adapter. I could see different picture on a couple of different websites but no explanation of what the other doodads were.
Thanks
Hello John, I am honored to be a friend, it seems you and I have much in the same ideas in the tech side of woodworking.
Thank you for the nice comments on the router post. Yes i agree with you on the long bits as the length needs to be considered too as they too will fool you on the amount of pressure that is exerted on them when speed is cranked up.
I will send you the bit review which is photos comparing the new bits against another well known bit. I have the set now and use it in my door stiles and rails As you probably know I build alot of doors so after testing the new bits my conclussion was that they were the bit for me. I see a definate improvement in the cutting performance.
