As a tile installer you might want to check that pic for measuring your cut tile. Tile on top of OSB? I hope not!

I can see this as a standard fixture on my work bench. And, I see a lot of clutter being eliminated when I can get rid of the four or five other tools that it will replace hanging on my wall.

OK!!! Looks like yo guys have done it again. Your new "saw edge guide" now the multi-mark, I guess I'll be at the Lowes store on or about March 1st. And I even noticed that this tool is BLUE. Boy, what a concept!
