I'm building an outdoor table and need some 1" weather-resistant Kreg screws. They obviously do not make them. Does anyone have any suggestions? Do I just use the 1" zinc-coated ones and hope that they hold up? I'm putting a couple of coats of Spar finish on the table and it will be under my patio cover. Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

How thick are the boards you are using???
You are correct, Jeremy. We manufacture stainless steel screws (https://www.kregtool.com/store/c20/kreg-jigreg-screws/p302/stainles...) and Blue-Kote™ screws (https://www.kregtool.com/store/c20/kreg-jigreg-screws/p301/blue-kot...), both of which provide rust-resistance. However, neither of them are available in a 1" version.
As James asked, how thick are the boards you are using? You may be able to use our 1-1/4" screws for your application. But, if you prefer to use a 1" screw, you could do that and then plug the pocket holes (https://www.kregtool.com/store/c21/kreg-jigreg-plugs/?source=1677). This will reduce the amount of moisture that makes contact with your screw.
They are 1x4's but it really isn't 3/4" the thickness is closer to 5/8". The 1-1/4" screws come through.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
