I hope I can explain this...........
I am building some floor standing cabinets (kitchen) out of 19mm laminated waterproof MDF.
I will cut a 10mm deep 19mm Rabbet in the side panels so they sit (rest) on the cabinet floor, i want to drive a kreg screw from underneath the cabinet floor (hidden) into/through the joint. is this a good approach?
Diagram on request if it isn't clear

Hi - yes that is exactly what I am referring to, in hindsight this is the same as having a 19mm base and a 10mm side - I may reduce the rabbet so the side panel is 12.5 mm and use the 5/8 setting and 1" screws as indicated in the attached guide. The joint will be glued so this is only to hold it in place whilst the glue drys and it is supported elsewhere when the cabinet takes shape. Thanks for the picture.
On 19mm material what would you have sitting on the base, just a small lip say 5mm ??
Hi Doug
I did a trial run yesterday, it didn't work.
I am an amateur so I can't get my head around the toe kick concept.

John

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
