Jens,
If you're uploading a video, I don't think you'll want to "zip" it first. This is a compression technology used for sending files over email primarily... I'd recommend re-encoding the video to a smaller size and/or lower framerate. This will reduce the file size of the video making it easier to upload.
Also remember, this community allows you to embed videos from YouTube or Vimeo... so you may want to try uploading it to one of those sources and go about it that way if you're having troubles!
Good luck,
KregRep
This is what I am going to do is redo the video and hopefully it will work.thanks

For anyone having trouble uploading video... please remember that per Ning's requirements your video must be no larger than 100MB in size, and must be either .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .3gp, or.3g2 file formats.
If you have any trouble uploading, it may help to first upload the file to a service like YouTube or Vimeo first as they have less stringent upload guidelines. Once you have the file uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo they'll provide you with an 'embed' code which you can add to this Ning community to share with everyone else.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
