Re "Fold Down Beds"
Peruse all plans "carefully" that you're looking.
I you're not a skilled builder, of such equipment, I'd suggest you consult with an experienced & knowledgeable wood craftsman/furniture builder to look over them, before proceeding with the build.
There's a lot of FREE info out there.
Advice by some may not be adequately sound.
I've read some scary stuff published, that could lead to potential damage to property or danger to a person(s).
You wouldn't want a folding bed come crashing down on anyone,
causing bodily harm.
Kids have a tendency to jump up and down on beds.
There's also pinch points in equipment that folds---
if not properly constructed, a persons fingers could be severed and hands crushed.
Proceed with caution.
