Wally;

Good Job and Anthony and you are correct this website is to share and taking someone's design and improving it is called progress and shows ingenuity. By giving credit to where you got the idea from is an act of respect and shows your good character. If someone wants to keep an idea for themselves so they can own or patent it then do not share it with other people.

Wally you took the high Road

Great Job Jeff.

I am glad you are happy with the alterations of my posts/pictures and the apology.

And you are "handier" then you think cause yes a round over bit is a bit for a router that cleans up (rounds) the edge of a work piece.

Plastic Stuntman, I think you are blowing things way out of proportion and quite frankly trying to pick a fight. Wally did not ever state he owned the idea. If you have it patented, then you would in fact have a right to the credit, but that does not appear to be the case. And like Wally stated, this site is a show and tell site. Not a who-stole-my-idea site. You should be proud someone used an idea you put together and displayed for all to see and try themselves. Is that not the purpose? Just a lot of fuss over something silly. People can share without having to talley who did it first.

My apologies to Plastic StuntMan, but nowhere in these photos due I claim that this is my design. I did download your pdf but not using this site. I merely used your design and improved it in a couple of aspects, including the wider 2 x 10 base, the bolt and wingnut for holding the R3 and using a 1/2 in roundover bit on the base to clean it up.

I thought that this website is for showing off projects that we have built (but not necessarily designed) using the Kreg Jig. I havn't seen any " I built this table using John Smith's design from such'n'such a website. They just say "Table built using the kreg jig".

I will change the name of the project to accredit you and your design. and I am sorry for "disturbing" you.

Hey that's a pretty slick idea.  I had one of these before I bought the K3 master setup. Wish I had  thought of this myself.  Nice setup Wally.

It took about 2 hours to put together (starting with raw materials - 2x10 and 2x4's. The toggle clamp I ordered from ebay... I ordered two cause I made one for my friend who I just recently converted to using the Kreg jig. It works awesome I just wish made this before I made my previous projects lol.... Probably would have taken half the time to drill the pocket holes.

Now this is just too cool! How long did it take you to make? Where did you get your hardware from?
