Rachael.

Looks like great work so far, an overall well done is in order!

Note:

If you are using particle board with melamine coating drive the screws initally with a driver drill then finish them off with a hand held driver (most multi bit sets have Robinson drivers in the set other wise use the hex adapter in a handle.

That way you can get a "feel" for the amount of force required, a matter of practice.

Hi My name is Jimmy and I live in SC. I am new to working with wood but my dad always worked with wood and built a lot of items but of course he had the tools to do that with. I have just purchased my Kreg Jig 3 and hope to be able to make some things for my wife

My name is Lalen and I live in North Texas, Dallas area. I've done some wood work projects occasionally for the last 30 years, but mainly rough stuff.  Workbenches & shelves for the garage, dog house, etc.  About a year and a half ago my wife wanted a new coffee table and end tables...  showed me what she wanted and the price at the store "yikes" so I thought I'd try to build something.  I purchased the Kreg jig to make the table tops, so that was my first indoor woodwork project.  I just made a farmhouse dining table for my daughter, so I guess I'm getting hooked.  I look forward to exploring this site for project ideas you guys came up with and learning from your collective experience.

welcome i am from new mexico nice too meet you.

Hi guys, My name's Allen and I live in Northampton, England. I've just completed my first ever woodwork furniture project and used a Kreg HD jig. I'd like it to be the first of many as I really enjoyed myself. I'm looking forward to meeting and learning from all you experts :)

I loved woodworking and have some experience in building my kitchen cabinets. I just bought the Kreg DIY Project Kit to start a big project to build my living room. I quite interested in built in project for shelves or cabinets and looking forward to being a part of this community.

Hi, My name is Doug Wiley and I'm in Boise, ID.  I'm brand new to this world of Kreg and so far absolutely love it.  I would have started building furniture years ago if I had known about this tool.  I have built a King size headboard so far and plan on starting nightstands soon.

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
