Hi Sheryl,

Welcome! to the group

I just got my jig the other day, and can't wait to make my corn hole game

I just finished a major kitchen renno, which was mainly demo and install, so now I ready to actually make some things.

Hi everyone am Tim from England. Just brought my first kreg jig and looking forward to using it and starting to produce some serious woodworking wonders

That's awesome James!  Thank you for the welcome:)

Hi All. I'm Robert from Southern California. I just started trying my hand at woodworking projects a few months ago. I got a pocket hole jig from my dad and jumped in. I'll be posting the results of my first project here soon. I'm interested to see the strength of these types of joints and how far I can go with it. Looking forward to the collaboration.

Hello everyone, my name is Jason Neujahr and I'm from La Habra, california. I am a intermediate wood worker building things for around the house. Since buying the Kreg Jig R3 I instantly fell in love with it. I have made a few things already and getting ideas for more.

Hi Im Roger Newman from Lake Charles, La. actually Moss Bluff but thats another story. Im 65 retired love camping and I have been working with wood all my life. Dad added on to the house when I was about 10 and I had to help the carpenters. I was the nail puller. I am presently trying to get my shop in order and use some of the tools I have acquired over the years. Not sure which Kreg tools I have. I have piece milled them together a little at a time. I did use the pocket hole tool to make some drawers for under the bed in the camper. Came out fair and I learned so to me that is what counts. I also am long winded even with my fingers so excuse me for that. Its just who I am. God bless

Hi my name is Lenny, I live in Massachusetts and hope to move to Fla in a few years.
I have always dabbled in woodworking my whole life, i saw the Kreg Jig on the internet.
So I looked it up on You Tube and became hooked, so I purchased the next day and am already on my 3rd project
Will send pics. I am looking to make an Infant High Chair and Sideboard next.
Thank You
Lenny

Greetings from New Zealand. Although my late father owned and operated a timber mill, I never had any desire to work with or around timber. Having said that, in the last few years I have been drawn towards it and now have a work bench and a few power tools in the shed. I accidentally came across the Kreg pocket hole jig and I am now enthused with the possibilities and also the fact that you guys are here to assist, if and when needed. At the moment aged almost 65 years, I am a month into recovering from a quadruple coronary artery by-pass graft surgery. But plans are afoot to make a 250 kms round trip journey to your NZ agent in Auckland to view and purchase the jig, screws and probably the right angle clamp to get started. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of this community and I look forward to inter-acting with you. Regards.

Hello, My name is Adika I'm a wood working hobbyist. If my time and life would allow me all I would do is work with wood and sewing machines. My family and I have relocated to Columbia SC. I joined the the community cause as a hobbyist I'm always buying tools and I hope being a part of the group will give me the motivation I need.

Hey Adika!  I live in Augusta, GA (we're practically neighbors!).  Your post pretty much describes me, except replace sewing with doing crochet.  I'm absolutely terrible about buying more tools, but I have a few I couldn't live without; I use the Kreg jig in almost every project I do!  Welcome to the community!

Becky

   Hi All,

My name is Jim and have been learning wood working from t.v. or by doing things myself. I currently have 2 projects that I am working on. Only one of them will need much joinery work.

I live in central Kentucky and might pursue wood working more as time goes by. I consider myself a novice and will probably always say that.

Hi James.

If you're anything like the rest of us you'll be building more than you think!

Free Hand Guard (dust collection)

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
