Hi, My name is David and I live in Ruffin NC. I have been into wood working for many year but now that I have step up my sights to the biggest project to date I'm remodeling our kitchen. The CEO and I have been looking for cabinets for the new kitchen. We have not found the cabinet we like so I set out to build all the cabinet myself. I have built the my first base cabinet Between my track saw and the kreg jig in three days I had the cabinet completed. I has told how very hard it would be to build my our cabinets. All I got out of that comment was how much I enjoyed the work.

My name is Uli, I'm 53, live in Germany and since this morning I'm a proud owner of the Kreg Jig master system. I build (simple) furniture since years, but last spring I discovered Ana Whites site and since then I like what I build ;-). A few month ago I bought a so called undercover jig here in Germany, similar to Kreg jig, but much smaler. Now I decided I need the real thing - despite of the horrendous shipping costs from USA to Germany. I take it as an early christmas gift to myself :-)

Hi. My name is Keith and I live in Norfolk, UK. After many years working in the education sector, I've gone back to my cabinet making roots and started my own small scale furniture making business - you can see what I am currently making at All Things Pine

To date, all my furniture is designed to be shipped fully asssembled. However, I've recently been working on a self-assembly shelf design as a more modest price option for customers - and for those that want to get into a bit of DIY!

The challenge was to choose a jointing method that was easy to produce and replicate - and provide ease of assembly 'out of the box'. Well, for me, the Kreg K3 Master System provided the answer. It means customers don't need to bother with the mess of glue; and from a design point of view, I really like the idea of not having to show assembly holes on the visible faces of the shelf.

If anyone is interested, I'll post a picture of the unit when its finished its prototype testing! (so far, the jig is really living up to my expectations).

Well, that's it for now and I really look forward to sharing views and ideas with the community.

I have been buying some needed tools to do the cabinets in my shop, office and garage. One of my purchases will be a K3MS assuming I can find one when the time comes for that tool. My name is Kevin and I live in the great Willamette Valley of Oregon. I am a software developer by profession and enjoy gardening and home projects a great deal. Over the years, I have purchased tools for a workshop, but have yet to get a tablesaw. A couple of years ago, I purchased the router table/fence for the TS, but saw itself...not yet. When I purchased the router table/fence, I really toyed over the Kreg jig. Last weekend, my son and I went the Wookworking show and finally purchased the Master Kreg Jig. I can't wait to put it to use!

Hi Kevin,
You're gonna like the Kreg Jig. You'll be able to make great looking joints, FAST. I've found that the trick to making perfect joints is clamping the pieces securely and being sure that the ends of the boards are cut square. I put an 80 tooth carbide blade on my miter saw and was able to cut smooth, chip-free ends without any problems. I would definitly invest in a decent table saw. I didn't have the money for a good cabinet saw so I bought a Dewalt contractors saw. It's not top of the line but it works better that the cheapo Craftsman saw I had before. Good luck with your projects. Post some pics when you can.

Hi everyone ! I am john from Belgrave Ontario . I am a retired carpenter , framer due to a injury about 10 years ago . I have been doing woodworking all my life and probably will be doing it for the rest of it too :-)
I live with chronic pain everyday so whenever i am able to work i am very grateful . I find building birdhouses helps to keep my mind busy .

I spend most of my time now building my Extreme Birdhouses and all sorts of outdoor projects . I just recently found out about the Kreg jig and i think it will come in very handy for all kinds of things that i will be building. I look forward to posting some projects in the near future using a Kreg jig .

I have a 1,500 sq ft shop , i just added a 12 x 16 shed and upper deck to it a few weeks ago . I need all the space i can get :-)

Greetings From Canada Eh! My name is Mark Allison, I hail from Prince Edward Island. Live not too far from Chef Michael Smith ("Chef at Home" on HGTV). Nice guy he is. Anyways I am a full time Pastor and a part time wood worker. I am a big fan of Kreg Tools, especially the new clamping table that I purchased through Mark Eaton at the Moncton Wood Working show in November. For me I love making furniture for family and friends. I do mainly customed ordered stuff. And one of my trademarks is using all sorts of different unique woods. It's nothing for me to use 6 different woods in making any given project. That's about it for me. One final note: Take care of your kids and if you don't have any, why not adopt. That's how we got our seven.

Cliff Golden here. You do a lot of nice work by all the fine pictures you provided. I'm a retired school teacher planning on learning how to make my own cabinets. One of the first projects is making some glass-windowed doors for some barrister book cases.
I picked up several book cases several years ago without sliding glass doors. I plan on using the Kreg jig and micro pocket hole jig to make mitered 1" X 1 1/2" frames. Do you have any experience in making these joints with pocket joinery? I sure could use some guidance with this.

My name is Jim and I live in north central Illinois. I have been doing woodworking for many years and now that I'm retired hope to do more. I had never thought of the Kreg Jig as something that would enhance my shop, but was faced with a project which would require a lot of butt joints and it seemed like it would be better than biscuits or dowels or mortise and tenon. I am very sorry I hadn't purchased this great tool many years ago. What a great method of joinery and so easy to use. My first project of three large radiator covers, one including storage cabinets on each end was a breeze with the Kreg Jig. I look forward to doing many more projects with the Kreg Jig.
