My name is John. I live in Rock Springs, Wy. I have been working in wood for about 15 years now. I am into cabnets, wood turning, jewelry boxes etc. I bought my kreg jig about a month ago and just finished my first project, a serger cabnet for my wife's cousin. It sure beat glue joint joinery.

Hi. My name is Chris and I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I spend most of my DIY time fixing up houses. I just got my Kreg jig in the mail yesterday and added an extra shelf to a cabinet that evening. It made me very happy that I finally decided to get this jig.

Soy español ,de una region del norte llamada Asturias, que por su situación, estamos rodeados de naturaleza verde y por tanto de arboles. Desde pequeño, me gustó obsevar como la gente del campo hacia y maneja herramientas de madera;de ahi me viene esta aficcion, además de toda suerte de utiles,juguetes ,muebles ,etc,
Me gusta además de la artesania,tocar la gaita ,el acordeón y las coversaciones con todo tipo de personas.No soy un gran artesano pero lo intento,aprovechando y reciclando sobre todo, viejos muebles de madera que los demas tiran.

My name is Timothy J. Ziegler
I am the owner of:

I am self employed and do many one of a kind specialty projects.
I have been wood working since I was old enough to hold a pocket knife.
I am a proud owner of several Kreg products.
The first and formost is the pocket hole jig. I own the rocket which I have set up as a bench mounted jig very much like the K 3 or K 4. I do not how ever have the nice dust collection that they have added to the K-3 or K-4.
I will be upgrading to the K-3 system very soon.
I also use the Kreg Bench mounting system for putting face frame together.
Another Kreg tool that I have recently purchased was their new Multi Mark lay out Tool. I use this tool constantly.
I recently purchased the Universal drawer slide mounting jig as well as the Drawer mounting Brackets, again another awesome product to aid in drawer and drawer slide installation.
I enjoy using these tools and the a good thing about all Kreg products are that they are built to last a life time and to survive daily use or ocassional use.
Anyone having trouble deciding wheather or not to purchase any one of these products, talk to me I will give you a lasting testamonial that these products are great.
Stay tuned I will up date and add pic.s for anyone interested in veiwing them.

Hi, my name is Michael and I live in Mass. I have some experience with wood working, buy mostly consider myself a DIY'er. I enjoy learning and making things myself. I have used my KREG jig to make a couple of shelves along with a CD rack and a DVD rack. I plan on using it more in the next couple of months. I am leaning towards building kitchen cabinets.

I have homeowner's cut and make-as-you-need experience plus. Acquiring more tools and looking to make a workshop as opposed to working off of sawhorses and a WorkMate outside my basement door. I have an outdoor wooden shed I'm looking to extend for that purpose.

Looks like a great site for beginners and experts!

Hello - I am G. Mack from the central Michigan area. I finished a 5-star plus energy efficient house in 2007. I will be completing the inside of my basement in 1/4 log knotty pine boards half-way up the walls and will be using the Kreg jig to construct bi-fold door frames, bed side tables, a log bed frame and kitchenette/bar cabinetry. This may prove quite a feat, considering the softness of the wood. I will soon post a link to my (not for profit) website on improving homeowner energy efficiency. Nice meeting everyone!

Hello, my name is Wayne and I bought the kreg jig because I enjoy the look of good wood work , but unfortunately I lost my right arm several years ago. Since my father was a cabinet builder I always wanted to attempt it. I am now attempting to remodel my home , which involves building a custom bathroom vanity and several other things. Anything that makes working with one hand easier is something I will investigate and attempt.

I went about this the wrong way I guess, i never did introduce myself I kinda just jumped in and and forced myself on you all, but I worked as a truck mechanic for 25 yrs, over that time I had both knees replaced and a back surgery, I can not go back to the rigors that my old job requiered but I could get involved in something that would keep me out of my wifes hair, but what is great about working with wood is my wife comes up with all these ideas and try my best to make them come true. My problem is I want to learn to do to many things at once, the next time I see a gadget or technique I want to try to master that one too. How oes one keep their prioroties when it comes to the learning curve

I've wanted to get into woodworking for a long time but was intimidated by the joints required to make most projects as I don't have the quality of tools required for it. For a while I've wanted a sideboard to add to our dining room furniture but the manufacturer of our set no longer makes our particular model. In researching possibly making one myself, I came across a Kreg jig demo video. After watching the video, I realized that making my own piece was a real possibility. I bought the Kreg Jr and went for it. I've attached pics of the finished project. It was a lot of fun and a lot easier than I thought it would be. It's really satisfying to make something that would of otherwise cost a ton of money.
