Introduction...

My name is John Gambriel and as I approach retirement, I am expanding on interests I have always had but could either not afford the time or the cost. Woodworking was one of these interests...Always did enough to qualify as DIY but now I think I would like to expand that. Main hobby is nature photography/kayaking so frames will be a constant effort but cabinetry is something I would like to try as well.

Why not combine woodworking and kayaking and build your own boats?
