Well you could just run a rabbit around inside of frame (ugly) or dado the center of your frame and assemble that way.
What is a rabbit and a dado. Novice as to terminology

I dont think this is going to fly either Let me no
Doors are one thing I don't use the Kreg on. I use router bits designed for this with the router mounted in a table. Stile and rail
bits aren't cheep but are a good investment.
I Have the bits but how do I guide the top rail to cut the profile on the end,.
