I bought a Toolboxx for my dad for Christmas (and got one for myself while I was at it) and sadly, by the time my dads' showed up, his handle was broken. I think it's one of the plastic end pieces that's at fault.
Any idea if there's another brand that might have similar-enough parts to swap some on, or does Kreg stock replacement parts for these? He lives just down the road in Des Moines so stopping by to pick up a part wouldn't be out of the question. I'd send him the part off my own boxx, but then we have the same problem again, just relocated to Virginia.
Thoughts? I know these were limited, and he's being a trouper and keeps saying he'll just use it as it is anyway, but I hate the thought of it working at less than optimal, you know?

I forgot to mention that UPS appears to be standing behind the damage, but we're still out a fully-functioning Toolboxx.
I bet Kreg will ship a new one if not that is poor PR
Kreg contacted me privately and has definitely exceeded any expectation I had. They have taken care of the issue and made my Dad and me both very, very happy. I didn't post this expecting the company themselves to take the issue on directly but I am pleased that they chose to do so.

Not sure if this helps, I purchased a similar design box from Sears.... check out those dimensions may work. Good Luck
I have dealt with customer relations at Kreg, and found them to be quite responsive to my needs and would very helpful in replacing the part that was defective. They are a reputable company, and I am sure that you will receive satisfaction.
