Kreg Owners' Community

Just thought I would start a discussion on woodworkers real jobs. It would be fun to no if there are lots of professional people using Kreg Jig along with people  like myself a retired  construction worker.

I am a general contractor with over 30+ years in business. I was introduced to Kreg Jig products a few years ago. It sure made many projects easier. I am learning new techniques and tricks all the time. In this profession you should always learn something new that will have the cutting edge over the competition.

my wife and I are both saw doctors. my wife has been sharpening saws for over 20 years, and I have been sharpening for 8, after being made redundant from a factory job.
Not many saw doctors that I have seen in fact you two are only ones I have ever been acquainted with as far as that goes

I work in a maintenance department, in my spare time I enjoy woodworking. I also enjoy deer hunting, recently I built an enclosed deer stand and most of it is held together using the Kreg jig. The more I use the jig the more uses I find. I am fairly new to the forum, I look forward to seeing others photos and ideas.
You will love it. I won mine, the Master Kreg Jig kit, in a tool sweepstakes about 18 months ago and now I don't know how I ever got along without it.

I've heard a lot of good things about Shopsmith tools but have never owned one. I use mostly dedicated stand alone machines.
