Hi, my name is Theo and I retired nine months ago. I previously had a cheap pocket jig but it was rubbish and broke after only a few hundred uses, so I bought a Kreg K4 this week. I'm looking forward to using it. I learnt woodworking in my dad's shed and have a fairly well-equiped workshop of my own. My shed (as we call home workshops in Australia) is 40' x 25' and I have a Felder BF6-31 combo machine, an OMGA 450 radial arm saw, a 30" bandsaw, a wood lathe, and assorted other power and hand tools. I've been collecting tools all my life and still have the spanner I saved up for for two weeks to fix my bicycle when I was 13.
I've been hobby woodworking since I was a kid but have never worked in the wood industry. I've used mortise and tenon, biscuit and dowel jointing, and am playing with a Leigh dovetailing jig at the moment. I'm sure I will enjoy the Kreg.

Hi,
My name is Robert Moore and I live in a small town called Inman, SC. I'm a retired disabled Vietnam vet and kind of an advanced DIYer. I have a small work shop that I have set up for my needs. I don't know if this works but this is suppose to be an entertainment center I made with the Kreg pocket hole jig. The only thing on this with brads is the trim work around the center of the unit and back panel.

Hi ,My name is Joseph and I am from Trincity in Trinidad and Tobago, I am a retired Machinist /Toolmaker.Started out reparing furniture, graduated to Kitchen Cabinets.First major project after I acquired a Kreg Jig was the Hutch.Lined up a Job in the wilderness (Tortola) to build some kitchen cabinets.Need some help in assemb ling some cabinet doors,(flat panelled)
Hi folks !!. I've been a woodworker since back in junior high school and have enjoyed it much..I now live in Key West , Fl, end of the road (US Hwy 1 south )..I'm in the beginning stages of having to replace the wood deck around the pool in the backyard and which happens to be within fifteen feet of the ocean (saltwater).. I did not want to use the old method of top nailing because of the staining of the wood and splinters.. Splinters and grandkids don't mix well and everyone gets involved with the surgery !!! I saw the ad on the KregDeck Jig and liked what i saw and was wondering if someone was willing to share some insight on its use with treated wood or composites..Any an all comments will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks, RRK in Key West, Fl..
Hello,
My name is Mitch and I live in WV, thats "Almost Heaven West Virginia." I have recently gotten into wood working and I love my Kreg jig. I have been enjoying making primitive type cabinets and shelves and the Kreg works great for these. I enjoy seeing the projects that the rest of you have built and maybe soon I will be brave enough to include one of my own.
Hello I'm Kelly, I live in Panama City, FL. I found and fell in love with building furniture when I accidentally stumbled onto www.Knock-offwood.com. Since then, I've been building and learning and asked for the KregJig Jr. for Mother's Day... and I got it! I am excited to read and learn about the many projects I can build with my new tool. I hope to be teaching my husband how to use it soon enough for all the skills he has instilled in me recently.
My name is Jimmy and I live in the north Georgia mountains. I have been working with wood for many years. My adult son is now a master woodworker. His interest in wood goes back to my woodworking shop. My son gave me a Kreg Jig for Christmas one year. I love the Jig. I have not done much woodworking the last few years. After moving several years ago, I have just completed my new shop and am now ready to make some sawdust.

Welcome to the community Judy. You can go to the public library and checkout books to get you started. There's also a web site www.knock-offwood.com that might help you. I do woodworking but it's what I see in my head no plans. I just finished an entertainment center. I hope this picture comes through. Like I said it's just what I thought of and visualized.

Hi.  I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing.  How effective is it?  It's adaptable to any router table.  Continue

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
