Kreg Owners' Community

Hello, I broke a glass table top over the Thanksgiving Holiday. I'm planning to replace it with a oak 3/4" plywood that has a nice look to it.
2 Challenges:
1 - Cut a perfect Circle, I'm thinking I get a way with this with a carefully drawn circle using a center point and a pencil and then cutting it with a jig and then cleaning it up with a router later.
2 - How can I leverage the Kreg jig to finish up the edge with trim? I recall seeing one website that showed one but can't seem to locate it.

Love to get an example.

thanks
-jim

Ok here"s how I would do it make a router jig with a long enough base so that you can get the radius you need at least 24" for a 48" diameter table use the same jig to cut the out side trim pieces out of flat boards make sure the trim pieces are wide enough to accept a PH
lay out your project full size on a piece of paper to find the miter angles for your trim pieces
Lowes' has a magazine which showed trimming a round table but it was not KPH just curfed plywood and bent it around. I try get article and send it to you if you want
Hi Jim I'm from dracut also if U need a hand I would be glad to help U out. I made a round table out of cherry and I made a circle cutting jig to cut out a 6' round table.
