Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

ROBERT , I read your post and looked at your picture , not sure of the size on your corner posts ? I would clamp the corner post ( top end down ) to a flat work bench, then but the end and side rails to the post and clamp them to the table and screw them to the post , this should keep them in place !!! Doing this to each post, you should be able to turn it over and install your bolt for the corner brace and slide the brace on and snug up the nut. Then put your face clamp on these joints and drive in screws !!! You should be able to use your face clamp on the bottom frame to hold them and drive screws ! Pony also makes an adjustable angle clamp , It is like the ones you would use to make picture frames , but the one side adjusts to 45 angle and would be helpful!!! I hope this helps you out with your next project !!! This may take a few clamps, but it should work. I beleave you can never have to many clamps , check out my page and if you have any ?, S send them to my page , good luck , JIM !!!
