"You could adapt the measurement of the width to 3/4 inch less than finish width. For instance a 42x16 cabinet side would be cut to 42x15 1/4 with the top and bottom cut to 15 inches. That is if you are using a typical 3/4 inch face frame."

"Hello. I would drill pockets into the bottom side and use a combination square to set the depth. I am thinking you might also clamp a 6 inch piece of 3/4 to the sides as a spacer right in the middle. Since the picket holes should be 2 to 3 inches…"

"If you get the K4 jig the body slides out to use for repairs. It also sounds like you need to shorten the doors and add a 2" wide rail to the face frame to accommodate the drawer."

"In addition it looks as if you orient you pocket holes on the other side of the piece it won't blow out having more material to bite on. You can cut down Kreg plugs to fit with a pull saw."
