Hi Marty,
The response I posted to your question made me think of another website you may be interested in visiting. Woodsmith.com has great project plans you can download for free. The TV program is shown on public television stations and never disappoints in exposing me to new woodworking techniques. I have seen a few episodes that feature pocket hole joinery but many of their projects could easily be adapted for use with the Kreg jig.
