Thanks everyone for the comments!  John, I have actually built quite a few kitchens and I just lay them out on paper after talking to the homeowners about their storage needs etc.  You have to work around the constants, the fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink etc.  After it's decided where they're going it's a clean slate of whatever you'd like to build.  As far as the Kreg, I use pocket screws to construct the Faceframes and to attach the faceframes to the carcasses and that's it.  Put the pocket holes on the outside of the carcass, they're never seen unless it's on an exposed side and then you can veneer the side or use a decorative panel.  Drawers are dovetailed with soft close slides and the doors/drawer fronts are 5 piece using a rail and stile set, with soft close hinges too.

Hey Justin... very nice work.  Its all in the details brother.  You did a professional job and the design is right there too.  Did you lay it on paper or did you use a drawing program like Sketch-Up?  What percentage do you figure the Kreg tool played in the whole project?  I'm new at the Kreg tool thing.  I like it, but I can't seem to give up the air powered tools.  Thinking about connecting 130 PSI to the Kreg just to make me feel better.  Nice work man!

Love this,it  look brilliant.Cherry kitchen cabinets are one of the more poplar designs to get today. These go well with a wide variety of kitchen designs, which make them such a hot commodity.

I bet your wife is very happy with the new kitchen, Justin. You did a fine job on it. If I was in that kitchen I would love to cook in that refreshing new space. It really shows the craftsmanship and the hard planning does pay off. You really nailed it.  Thanks for sharing the new look.
