Hmm, I thought it was the PU in the picture. Oh well, I've used the white version also. Didn't find much difference between it and the TitebondII

John,

The ''brown'' Gorilla glue is the type, that expands.

The glue pictured above, is the white wood glue.

I've used a fair amount of that. I think it gets into end grain a little better and is good if you have some voids. Downside is it foams to about 5X it's initial volume which can lead to foam out issues which is about the same as dealing with squeezeout of PVA glues, just harder to deal with. The foam can also push smaller parts out of alignment. I tried using it on an inlay once and in 20 minutes had pushed the inlay completely out of the relief. I do like it on most paint grade plywood projects as plywood is about half end grain.

It's never let me down.

Strong and dries fast.

Tila,

What advantages did you experience using Gorilla glue vs

other wood glues?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
