as soon as the concrete patio ceases to serve its purpose. By the way, due to the cost of wood, I had to use untreated white wood. I used 15% quick drying naptha and 85% Helman's varnish so that the wood would soak up the varnish for more wood protection. Interested! go to www.sherrysgreenhouse.com at the bottom of the page.
