The wood it KDAT.yellow pine. Kiln dried after pressure treated yellow pine.

I built this before i had the Kreg jig, which made it a lot harder Only a couple of mortise and tenon,which for me take a lot of time, a lot of 3/8"dowels and 3" screws. Sometime I countersink the screws and cover them with dowel plugs. I know building these with my New" Kreg Jig " will be a lot faster and stronger. And look better also.

That is really nice, was the whole chair done with pocket hole joinery, or was there some mortise and tenon joinery in it.
