Selector wheel

I am a Big fan of Kreg but I am not a fan of the only store in my area that carries their products. I just returned home from that store, I went to buy the selector wheel but as usual the don't have any. This wouldn't be a big deal if this was the first time. Every time I go to buy a Kreg product they are out or don't have the new stuff in yet. When I go to get a product I want to get that product. If it was just one time it would be ok but it's a on going thing! Sick of it!

Could the store you are referring to start with the letter L? If so I have had the same problem and gave up on them.

I use Amazon,Rockler, or Peachtree. Better selection, better prices, and you don't have to deal with "The Big Box Store" For such a big box they don't seem to have much in it

Yeah but it hurts to pay $10 shipping for something I should be able to go .2th of a mile to pick up.

Jim I wish I knew that right after I got home today. I went on Kreg.com and ordered one and a 6 inch auto clamp. With 10$ shipping.it just makes me mad that my local Store "L" would have what I want!

Michael , I would still call and make sure they are not charging you shipping for the wheel , we have the same problem with our  ( L ) store , have a great shop day , JIM !  PS. Kreg will work with you , as they have always treated me good, !!!

You are right I don't like to buy from Kreg store for that reason big shipping charge. Also Lowes doesn't have new things in stock.

and share you're experiences/frustrations with them.

I find prices on Amazon, the same as at the retailers.

Amazon doesn't provide any help when ones needs assistance, like one can get from the handyman in the community.

If the locals are not supported, they'll close down, like so many businesses in the community.

I'm for supporting the retailers in the community.

Yes, but the guys said the locals did not carry many of the Kreg items. I also shop locally when possible...all of the guys at Lowes know me by name.

But when not available there...like many Kreg items, Amazon does have them - and ships for free.

Just to clarify.
