Mick,
I'd suggest making an inquiry at your local area tool suppliers.

Ken checked with d/m they do some kreg products very limited amount no ripcut.Rutlands do not seem too market any kreg products.
Mick,
Are you really sold on getting the rip cut?
Mick,
I'd prefer Kreg would come out with a ''track saw".
Hi ken , i thought the ripcut would be a useful edition too the armoury,at present i use a small circular saw with a adjustable metal straight edge its a bit of a pain too set up.Track saws are very popular here on construction sites ,but do not want too go too that expense for something that will not get used that often for me anyway.

Here is another product that is similar and available from Amazon.
http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Edge-Guide-Circular-EurekaZone/dp/B...
The down side of this jig is twice the cost and does not have the measuring scale. The plusses to the guide I have not seen any of the complaints about the end of cut wondering at the end that are present with the kreg rip cut. I have the rip cut and love it because of the scale and the wondering isn't that bad if you don't rip anything over 10 inches wide you get out to 24 inches its a problem. This guide also adds anti chip out to your cut because the blade is zero clearance.
Mick,
I like this edge guide---available from Rockler---
Ripping, cross-cutting
low-profile
52-104" (104" O/A---2 joined frames
Clamps to the underside of the project material, or the like.
Mount saw to plate---
adaptor slides in track groove
lifts on and off for easy access
Write-on tape, (use pencil), for use as a story stick.
routing---mount router to plate
adaptor for grooving
Auxillary frame for use as a T-square
Mick,
I like this straight edge design
shop made---(can be made from 1/4" pressboard)
various lengths can be made to suit your needs---2', 3', 4', 8'
simple--easy to use
clamp to work-piece
saw base runs along edge
blade cuts along edge---suffices as a ''zero-clearance" feature
I use a variety of these jigs for sawing (ripping and cross cutting panels, as well as edge routing.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
