Kreg Owners' Community

Since I could not figure out how to introduce myself (I'm glad this is not a computer forum!), I'll use this area to both introduce myself.  I have been dreaming most of my working life to move in my retirement from the crebeal to the tacktal. To being the dream into reality I have built a garage, which is now my work shop, added a room onto the house for my wife of forty years to finally have a place for sewing projects, and made various childre's furniture (nine grandchildren!), a computor desk made out of hicory nd staineed to match the other piesces in the room that were made out of ash, sundry other small projects. Still i feel I am just an armature because in the last eight years of retirement, while constructing my shop and purchasing tools as they become affordable I have learned much through trial and error but learned much more about what I don't know. So if any of you out there happened to see this introduction and could explain how it can find it's way to the correct location I would be most appreciative. I've never belong to a community such as the one that was created for Kreg users so if I place things in the wrong place a little constructive criticism would be most welcomed. Thanks, West

West, Welcome to the community. It is all well and fine to place this post here. There is one place if you look to the right of the page, welcome to the community where most people introduce themselves started by the Kreg rep. It is not necessary to re-post under that discussion, because most people start on the home page which shows the most recent posts and your post is now part of the forum.

If you have any problems concerning the Kreg Jig or any woodworking problem, this community is full of members with much knowledge who are willing to help, post it and you are sure to have a response soon. This community has many posts and photos for ideas and help, and if you look on the right there are also some free plans from Kreg. I think that you will enjoy this community.

Bob.
