I am looking to buy a good aftermarket rip fence for a Ridgid Contractor Saw.  Any Suggestions, I am looking at a Vega 40" and a Delta 50".

"That is correct, you would set the drill bit for 1 1/2".  The only thing that would change is say if you were attaching a 2x to a 1x, you would use a shorter screw, but still use the 1 1/2" setup for the drill bit."
