Why does half of the first page of all the Kreg Project Plans appear upside down? ??
Here

The upside down part is difficult to see and it is tiring to turn the page always.....
Hi
I'm Bob from Malden MA and I recently purchased a master system. I am starting my first project
in the next week, a work bench from the Kreg plan.
One question I have is about setting up my jig. I see that most people have it on a board
so that it can be moved around easily. Anyone have some ideas or examples on a good set up.
Thanks
Bob
Bouggt the full kit at The Woodworking Shows, many years ago, and used it loose for a couple of weeks, but it was such a hassle, that I took a scrap piece of 3/4" plywood and mounted it. I rounded the corners to reduce the size and make it easier to handle.
I will re-do the mounting board and cut a hand hold on both sides to make it even more convenient to transport and hang on the shop wall.
I have also thought about putting another piece of plywood, vertically, under the jig so that I could clamp it in any vice. I have 4 B&D Workmates, a Jaw Horse and a machinist vice

Ray,
I have not used the jig at home as much as I have at various sites for all kinds of projects. Became quite proficient at cutting and installing 2x4 and 2x6 "bridges" under floors where we could not replace the subfloor and also under stair treads.
I've been assisting a friend with an 80 YO farmhouse - we are one weekend from finishing the interior - it has been a 3 year project.
Have also used the drill bit and Kerg screws as clamps for construction projects.
Hope you attach pictures of those desks when they are done.

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
