Kreg Owners' Community

Hello All,

I have a DB210 Foreman that is acting up.  I bought this machine 9/2018 and used it on one project then it went into storage in my garage.  I just started another project and tried to use it and am running into power issues.

Sometimes when I press the safety and the on trigger, it works just fine.  But most of the time, it won't turn on at all.  The drill bit is cleared and free to spin without any obstructions and it slides up and down in it's guide just fine.  It's hit or miss on whether it decides to turn on or not.

Anyone have any advice?  It's after hours so I can't call customer service for their help. I've sent in an email to customer service as well.

Thanks

I love Kreg Tools!!!  Customer service is doing an amazing job.  They read my email and went ahead and processed a replacement unit for me before I even read their reply the next day.

Replacement DB210 should be here by Saturday.

Glad to hear this!  Thank you for sharing!
