Hello,
I own a Dewalt track saw and am wondering if it can fit on the Kreg Rip-Cut guide.
I’m looking for way to make repetitive cuts with the track saw (without investing lots of money).
Anyone ever tried this?
Thanks for your feedback

Hi Kain-
The Accu-Cut is designed for use with circular saws. You can mount almost any circular saw - left or right blade - the Universal Sled.
Most corded and cordless saws with blades from 6" to 7-1/4" are compatible. The blade can be on the left or right side. Some cordless saws with small blades (4" diameter and under) can be challenging to fit. The saw shoe (base) can be cast or stamped metal. We recommend staying away from saws with plastic blade-guard housings. Worm-drive saws will not work with the Accu-Cut.

Hi Dave,
I like the way you think! I'm always trying to find easier ways to save steps on repetitive tasks.
I don't think what you're describing here would work though. If I'm reading you correctly, you want to keep your track on your Dewalt track saw AND attatch the Rip-Cut to that?
The circ saw sits on a little sled that attaches it to the Rip-Cut and when you use it you push the saw and that pushes the sled forward. You would have to rig up some way to attach the Rip-Cut to your Dewalt over top of the existing Dewalt track to use them together.
Wouldn't it be easier to just cut a couple of pieces of plywood scrap to use as spacers and clamp them along the edge of the sheet you were cutting, then set the track up against the spacers?
Cheers,
Dan

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
