Some time back, a poster mentioned that they had received a metric version of the SSW wheel. I have been waiting for it to come onto Amazon (or to be stocked by Carbatec the Australian dealer) to no avail. Has anyone seen it or was it a one off? I did adjust mine to include metric values for the wood.

Thanks. I will do that. Alex
Hi mate,
i was going to get one of these but it was over 3 times the price of what they are in the States. On the boxes that the pocket screws come in, they tell you the thickness of the timber they're intended for, so don't waste your hard earned on a chart.
Thanks Nick.
I bought the normal version some time ago when I had access to someone travelling to the USA regularly (also picked up a lot of other small items at USA prices).
I have added metric labels (see photo) to the wheel, which I find a handy reference - although, as you say, the information is available elsewhere as well.
Kreg customer service have responded to my call but unfortunately they don't have a metric version so I will continue to use my own version.
I have now spoken to Kreg customer service and they advised that they don't have a metric version. Thanks for the responses. Alex
What are your common dimensions mine are 3/4 and 1 1/2.. Case 1 .75 inches or 19 mm .748. Case 2 1.5 inches 38 mm = 1.496. To make those conversions covert to 1.9 centimeters divide by 2.54. Same 3 .8 cm divided by 2.54.
Thanks Gary. I did the conversions and used a label maker to add them to my existing wheel (see photo above) but was hoping for a neater version. Alex
Looks pretty neat to me !
Alex I didn't realize that wasn't an official kreg product well done.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
