I love it !! The chest looks perfect. I might consider something similar. The Beetle kill pine is very easy to work with and shows extremely well @ 1/2 the cost of other lumber.
I am doing many projects with this lumber & love the coloring and natural beauty it brings to just about anything. I found some at Home Depot cut for flooring & wall covering & decided to use some on the walls of a small 3/4 bathroom I remodeled.

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
