Thanks, James, I love checking this site out. Still getting up the courage to delve seriously into building a shed, if I ever finish my living room shelves. joyce
Thanks James for the Welcome Mat.
Ya I thought about putting them on the outside but I'm just using cheap pine boards & staining them Walnut. I was afraid with Staining it the plugs wouldn't match & they'd stick out like my sore thumb! Lol! Is there not a way to put them on the inside & get good strength? I tried different depths & thickness settings but couldn't get it right! Any other suggestions?
Hi James, the "Popular Projects" feed at the right side is generated automatically by the Community site based on what people are looking at. The more times something gets viewed in a short time frame, the higher it goes in the rankings. Neither of these have a large number of views, but have been viewed multiple times in the last couple of days, so that moved them up in the rankings.
We've contacted the one member to ask if he intended that to be his profile and to show him how to do that. The other about knots was apparently intriguing enough to make people look, so that moved it to #20.
This list is always changing as people look at new images. Plus, we can change this feed to show other things besides photos, such as popular discussions, etc. Regardless of what we tell the feed to show, though, the site automatically ranks them based on what people are viewing.
Hi James. Sorry I missed this message. We don't control what photos end up in the "projects." Those are uploaded by users as either a photo or a project, and the project includes the photos they add.
Thanks again for your suggestion. A new section has been added at the top right of the community main page with the Customer Service phone number and a link to the Customer Service contact form on our website.
Hi Jim. I did find a local ma and pa woodworking shop that was able to order them for me at a reasonable price. Project turned out very nice; grandson loves his double bench sandbox....

Thank you for the nice pictures of your projects. I did like the inlay of red heart I think its called on the candle box. I went up online and looked at Rockler's catalog on their box of hardwoods such as curly maple, purpleheart, oak, south american hardwoods too. I can't wait until I get my electric put in sometime this summer.

Hi Jim.
I do have a table saw, have never used it yet, but am going to give it a shot. It will take some doing to figure it out, but have to try right?
I was thinking 1/4" deep and 1/2" wide to hold the glass for the table tops. Good enough?
Hope all is well
Mike
