No it anit sheet rock I pulled one of your stunts I was helping a friend tare down a moble home and the celling panels where 4' x 16' so with my trusty sawsaw and a deadman I cut it down to 8'x4' and then ran them throw my panel saw 4'x4' peice's but the panels look like 1/2" cardboard but there is noway I can hold up a peice of 4'x4' sheet rock by myself.
now that dont look good at all as far as your neck and back lifting up and screwing off sheet rock
