Matt, I did use any plans. Really the only thing I built was the desk tops. I cut down a full sheet of oak to about 32 inches I believe and then just used another 2x4 piece for the wing. If I had to do it over again, I would have trimmed the edges in poplar or oak for a two tone appearance. I just rounded over the edges because I needed the desk quickly. I have snagged a few shirts on the imperfections in the plywood. I can measure it when I go back to school next week and give you the exact dimension, but the best I recall it is 36x48 inches.
are there plans for this anywhere?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters. What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much. Thanks.Continue
