I remember a day back during the '80s when I finished my homework early and was able to watch some TV. While channel switching, I paused on MPT (Maryland Public Television) to see a woman dressed in a leather bikini and a tall man with very curly hair and a LONG scarf step into a blue box that disappeared. Been hooked on Doctor Who ever since.
Back in High School (20+ years ago) I did a little wood working but have not had the tools, time or space since then. Another interrest of mine is BBQ and cooking with my Bradley Smoker. For the past few years my Bradley smoker has sat outside, covered from the elements - only problem was that every year I was having to replace the cover.
Just completed designing and building a smoker cabinet, primarily using my Kreg Jig & Rip-Cut & yes - it's a TARDIS.
WIth Smoker Installed - Hot SmokingSmoker set up for Cold SmokingCouple of drawers for storage
Power Switch for lights and smoker as well as hot/cold smoke switch so I don't have to rewire the set up

very cool project, & very well done. started watching in the late 60's, early 70's. my kids discovered it on netflix & became big fans. only one question, did you assemble it using your sonic screwdriver?
Very cool!. I bet Think Geek doesn't have anything like this. How well does it work?
Amazing!!! Build Easy is trying to figure out how to build something similar, is it okay if I share this on their website? I will give you credit, I won't share unless it's okay?
again, great work!
Go right ahead - I've actually posted a similar input on the forum for the smoker that is inside it now.
As the others have said well done, great project

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
