Plans.....ah plans let me think , o ya I did't have any, only got spec's from www.ACO.Org  like 23-1/2x47-1/2 back height to be 12" from ground front 3" to deck height. hole i 6" dia, centered and 8-7/8" from top. i set side rails in 1" in from edge. end pice's 1-1/2 in. rounded over all edges using 3/8 round over bit. Legs are aprox 2"w 12-3/4"L doubled up 3/4 ply. o ya made from one 4'x8' sheet of A/C int/ext ply.

Awesome I am working on a set of these and I am working on putting a storage box under it that is flush that holds the corn bags.  But I must say yours is looking a lot more professional than mine:)

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
