Holding 2 pieces together

Hello fellow Kreggors! I'm building a portable cart for my miter saw and I'm using pocket joinery for the shelves. How do I position and hold 2 pieces perpendicular to each other AND drive in 5 screws? Keep in mind, some of the shelves are halfway down the side. Simple is always better for me. Thanks!See More
