"A good beginning shop might include (in order of importance in my opinion): * Cordless power tool set (mine has two drills, skillsaw, oscillating saw, reciprocating saw, light) * Random orbital sander * Miter saw * Table saw * Saw horses"

"You will need a corded drill. A cordless would be nice for driving screws but you can work without it. A  circular saw will work for ripping and crosscut. My preference for crosscut is a chopsaw  (also known as a power mitre saw.) They can…"
